Less than 40 days...

OMG.  I am turning 30 in less than 40 days.  I refuse to officially start counting so I am using a PR tactic and saying less than 40.  Where did the time go??  It was just summer.  I swear.  So in addition to not accomplishing all of those childhood dreams, I have also not been very good at accomplishing my bucket list.  Yikes.  Time for a new game plan.

In the next less than 40 days, I am gonna do my best to get things checked off the list.  Now, please realize that things like drive a race car and seeing the Bears play at Soldier Field are probably not in the cards.  (umm, I haven't yet learned to drive stick and Bears tickets are next to impossible without spending a small fortune)  But looking at the list, I think I can get a few more checked off by doomsday - I mean my beloved birthday.  Let's see where I stand...

Accomplished Items:
Watch a Sunset - Hello Captiva!
Learn More About Wine - Hello - I know I love to drink it!
Be a Mentor
Find a Signature Scent - Watch for the blog entry coming soon.

In the Works:
Strengthen My Faith - I've made some progress, but this will be an ongoing forever thing.
Get in Shape - Again, making progress but will forever be a work in progress.
Get Out of Debt - Less than four years.  Watch for a blog soon!
Be a Better Sister, Friend, Cousin, Daughter - Cancer brings families together, now on to my friends.

Untouched:
Date - Help! Anyone, please help.  I don't even know where to begin.
Conquer Rejection - This may go hand-in-hand with the one above...
Karaoke - Who wants to get drunk and sing?  Anyone?
Close Wolski's - Been there, haven't made it to closing time...
Lakefront Brewery Tour
Forgive
Carriage Ride - I am not doing this alone... Anyone?
Accept me for me - Someday

Not in the Cards:
Drive a Race Car
See the Bears at Soldier Field
Dance Lessons

I owe you a few more entries and a lot of blogging during December.  So stay tuned.  Let me know if you want to help check something off with me.

Ready or not 30, here I come!
